Richard Paris is the Chief Executive Officer and founding member of Paris CPA Consulting, LLC. Richard has spent over 30 years working in different CPA firms from PricewaterhouseCoopers to start-ups. He has held progressive roles and has been a Partner in several firms and Chief Executive Officer of divisions and a firm where he was the founding Partner.  Richard has deep expertise in the management and development of CPA firms and opened his own consulting firm to assist other firms who want to grow. He helps firms to grow by identifying mergers and acquisitions targets, recruiting talent at all levels and developing business. He has a particular niche in helping clients negotiate the complicated world of dealing with the SEC and audit-related services. He has helped companies all over the world, especially from the Asian region, to go public (IPO) in the United States. He has a team of consultants, lawyers and bankers to help him and his clients, whether they are in the pre-IPO process or already are publicly-traded.
